You can reach the apartment with a view of the mountains via a separate entrance. A washing machine and a private parking space are available.
As this is a child-friendly neighborhood, families are also welcome.
The spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, dishwasher, stove, extractor fan and the necessary small appliances such as toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, etc.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. However, you can smoke on the terrace at any time.
